InnerBalance Pilates with Lisa Klemetsch (Open to the public)
Lisa's extensive background in paramedics, sports and rehabilitation, combined with her studies in nutrition, psychology, reflexology and other hands-on body work facilitates a wholebody approach to wellness. Classes start Tuesday April 10th and run for 11 weeks. Levels 1/2 run on Tuesdays at 10:30am and Wednesdays at 6:30pm (only 10 weeks).
